▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A high-thermal conductivity of sintered silicon carbide ceramic material contains 75-95 wt.% silicon carbide, 0.5-10 wt.% graphene, 1-3 wt.% surfactant, 0.5-2.5 wt.% dispersing agent, 2-10 wt.% binder and 0.5-3.5 wt.% boron carbide. The sintered silicon carbide ceramic material is prepared by mixing above raw material, vacuum molding the material, and sintering at 2050-2200 degrees C for 1-5 hours. USE - High-thermal conductivity of sintered silicon carbide ceramic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sintered silicon carbide ceramic material has excellent thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-thermal conductivity of sintered silicon carbide ceramic material.
