NOVELTY - Low density microporous polyurethane sole material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyester polyol, 5-20 pts. wt. diol chain extender, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. silicone surfactant, 0.3-1.0 pts. wt. tertiary amine catalyst, 0-0.5 pts. wt. organic metal catalyst, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene fiber, and 2-5 pts. wt. tungsten carbide-cobalt carbide particles. USE - Low density microporous polyurethane sole material. ADVANTAGE - The low density microporous polyurethane sole material improves the plastic feel defect caused by the decrease in the density of the base material of the ordinary sole, and increases the wear resistance while enhancing the weight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing recovered rubber tire modified particles, which involves: (A) removing metal and fiber impurities from the waste tires, and crushing into granules; (B) washing and drying the granules; (C) mixing the dried granules of the waste tire particles with homopolypropylene, calcium carbonate, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber, titanate coupling agent, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, antioxidant, lubricant, and cosslinking agent uniformly in the ratio of 50:(12-17):(12-17):(5-10):(5-10):(1-2):(1-3):(0.5-2):(0.5-2):(0.01-0.05) to form a mixed material; and (D) adding the mixed material in an extruder for granulation to obtain recovered rubber tire modified particles, where the extruder conveying section temperature is 160-190 degrees C, the melting section temperature is 170-200 degrees C, and the homogenization section temperature is 180-210 degrees C.
