NOVELTY - A graphene/zinc oxide/polyaniline composite material comprises 14.3-17.4 wt.% graphene, 65.2-71.4 wt.% zinc oxide and 14.3-17.4 wt.% polyaniline. USE - Graphene/zinc oxide/polyaniline composite material for a cathode material of a lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The material has better charging and discharging circulation stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a graphene/zinc oxide/polyaniline composite material, which involves preparing uniformly dispersed graphene/zinc oxide solid powder by using a hydrothermal process, ultrasonically dispersing aniline solution to the solid powder, and adding initiator for in-situ polymerization to obtain the finished product.
