NOVELTY - Flexible polymer heat dissipation sheet comprises a matrix resin containing nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR), acrylic resin, epoxy resin, phenoxy resin, urethane resin, and/or silicone resin, graphene particles and dispersing agent. USE - Used as flexible polymer heat dissipation sheet. ADVANTAGE - The flexible polymer heat dissipation sheet has an excellent heat dissipation effect and excellent durability because it has an appropriate thermal conductivity. The method produces a heat dissipation sheet having excellent physical properties with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: composition for flexible polymer heat radiation sheet, comprising 5-30 wt.% matrix resin, 70-90 wt.% graphene particles, 1-10 wt.% dispersant, and 0.1-1 wt.% curing agent; and manufacturing flexible polymer heat radiation sheet, comprising (i) preparing heat radiation sheet by manufacturing a heat radiation sheet using a high-tension imparting machine including a heat radiation sheet supply roll, a brake roll unit, and a take-up roll, (ii) applying tension in the machine direction (MD) direction of the heat dissipation sheet, and (iii) performing heat treatment, where heat dissipation sheet is a polymer sheet containing graphene particles.
