NOVELTY - Preparing boron-doped graphene heat-conducting film involves mixing 1,8-di-aza-bicyclo (5.4.0) undec-7-alkene with alkyl alcohol according to mol ratio of 0.5-10:1, introducing carbon dioxide gas into the mixed solution at 25degrees Celsius, after 60 minutes, forming the white gel-shaped solid is dimethylhydantoin/ethylene glycol (DBUH) reversible ion liquid, taking the DBUH reversible ion liquid stripping agent, water as solvent, adding graphite powder, stirring uniformly to obtain graphite pre-peeling dispersion liquid, transferring the graphite pre-peeling dispersion liquid into a high pressure water-heating reaction kettle for peeling and dispersing to obtain the graphene mixed dispersion system, the graphene mixed system by centrifuging, filtering to obtain the pure graphene product, dispersing the graphene product in the surfactant water solution with concentration of 3-30 wt.%. USE - Method for preparing boron-doped graphene heat-conducting film used for solar cell of non-metal cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low cost, and can realize industrial production of boron-doped graphene heat conducting film. The method can effectively peel the graphite sheet layer, prevent the agglomeration of the graphene, and has small damage to the intrinsic structure.
