▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A nano carbon composite structure consists of nano particles of ruthenium oxide highly dispersed in graphene layer of inner portion of hollow nano carbon. The hollow nano carbon has porosity of 30 vol.% or more. USE - For use as electrode material for electrochemical capacitor (claimed), electric power storage element for capacitor of electric vehicles, power industry, fuel cell and solar cell, and as electrical-energy storage element such as capacitor used for emergency power source or backup power supply. ADVANTAGE - The ruthenium-oxide inclusion nano carbon composite structure has high electrochemical activity. The electrochemical capacitor of high capacitance is provided by using nano carbon composite structure as electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for electrochemical capacitor comprising ruthenium-oxide inclusion nano carbon composite structure as electrode material.
