NOVELTY - Graphene oxide dispersion comprises pure water, graphene oxide, polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and humic acid, where the quality of pure water greater than the quality of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent greater than the quality of graphene oxide or humic acid. USE - The dispersion is useful for preparing modified cement mortar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dispersion has high dispersibility, improves mechanical properties of the mortar, and increases 28-day flexural and compressive strength. The method increases stable dispersion of graphene oxide in a high calcium and high alkaline environment, and prevents the graphene oxide from premature coagulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the dispersion, involving (a) adding 1 part mass polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent and 0.25-1.25 parts mass humic acid to 1000 parts mass pure water, mixing and stirring, and mechanically stirring at a stirring speed of 2000-3000 rpm and (c) adding 0.5 part mass graphene oxide to the obtained product and uniformly mixing to obtain the finished product.
