NOVELTY - A virus-penetrating-barrier operating coat film comprises a medical nonwoven fabric lower surface and a virus-penetrating-barrier thermoplastic polyurethane film. The thermoplastic polyurethane film comprises 82-85 %mass thermoplastic polyurethane, 6-10 %mass graphene, 7-9 %mass nano-silica, and 1-1.5 %mass nano silver powder. The thermoplastic polyurethane is prepared using 50-55 parts mass polyisocyanate, 20-25 parts mass polyether glycol, 18-22 parts mass chitosan, 15-18 parts mass ethylene glycol, and 4-6 parts mass stabilizer. USE - Virus-penetrating-barrier operating coat film. ADVANTAGE - The virus-penetrating-barrier operating coat film has excellent barrier uniformity, protection level, and air permeability, and is environmentally-friendly.
