NOVELTY - Graphene epoxy resin polymer material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. butyl glycidyl ether, 80-90 pts. wt. acid anhydride curing agent, 3-8 pts. wt. accelerator, and 1-5 pts. wt. silicone defoamer, 6-10 pts. wt. toughening agent, 2-4 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-20 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, and 30-40 pts. wt. silane coupling agent modified spherical silica powder. The functionalized graphene is obtained by sequentially treating graphene oxide with silicon dioxide, polyetheramine and hydrazine hydrate. USE - The graphene epoxy resin polymer material is useful for plastic toy. Uses include but are not limited to metal toy, plastic toy, wooden toy and flannel toy. ADVANTAGE - The graphene epoxy resin polymer material: has high tensile strength, fracture toughness and wear resistance, exhibits excellent comprehensive performance, satisfies market demand, and has excellent wetting and control flocculation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a method for preparing graphene epoxy resin polymer material comprising stirring epoxy resin, butyl glycidyl ether, silicone defoamer, toughening agent, silane coupling agent, dispersant, functionalized graphene, silane coupling agent, modified spherical silica powder at 150-170℃ for 30-60 minutes, the temperature is raised to 180-200°C, adding acid anhydride curing agent and accelerator, stirring the treatment is continued for 50-100 minutes, and the temperature is lowered to obtain a polymer material; and a plastic toy comprsing graphene epoxy resin polymer material.
