NOVELTY - Producing copper-based graphene reinforced composite material involves mixing 0.1-1 wt.% graphene, 1-5 wt.% nano-copper powder and balanced amount of nano-cobalt powder uniformly. The obtained mixture is added with ethanol to obtain mixed slurry, which is dispersed. The dispersed slurry is crushed in ball mill, and then dried to obtain composite powder, which is annealed at 100-450 degrees C for 5-30 minutes. The annealed mixture is molded in mold at 20-40 mega-pascal pressure for 10-30 minutes. The molded mixture is sintered at 0.7-0.8 tesla under vacuum at 20-50 mega-pascal degree. USE - Method for producing copper-based graphene reinforced composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce copper-based graphene reinforced composite material that has good mechanical property and thermal conductivity and uniform organization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing copper-based graphene reinforced composite material involves mixing 0.1-1 wt.% graphene, 1-5 wt.% nano-copper powder and balanced amount of nano-cobalt powder uniformly. The molded mixture is sintered at 0.7-0.8 tesla under vacuum at 20-50 mega-pascal degree at 10-50 mega-pascal pressing force, where heating rate is 50-100 degrees C/minute rate. The sintered mixture is cooled at 5-10 degrees C/minute rate. The cooled mixture is kept for 2-3 minutes at room temperature. The mixture is extruded at 600-900 degrees C to obtain copper-based graphene reinforced composite material.
