NOVELTY - A high-strength metallic nickel-containing ceramic coating comprises 13-18 pts. wt. nano-silica, 35-45 pts. wt. nickel powder, 10-15 pts. wt. boron oxide, 15-20 pts. wt. antimony oxide, 11-16 pts. wt. iron, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 3-6 pts. wt. Shellac (RTM: Resin), 6-9 pts. wt. zinc borate, 12-14 pts. wt. trimethylolpropane triacrylate, 15-17 pts. wt. maltodextrin, 5-8 pts. wt. triethoxymethylsilane and balance amount of water. USE - The high-strength metallic nickel-containing ceramic coating useful for coating surface of base metal. ADVANTAGE - The ceramic coating forms nickel-metal bonds with base metal so as to strongly adhere with base metal, has improved air permeability and strength, and can be prepared in a simple manner with high efficiency and excellent repeatability.
