▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacturing of heat-conducting composite fiber structure involves stacking fiber cloth (1) containing adhesive and film (3) rich with heat-conducting particles, placing the stacked fiber cloth into a vacuum hot press for hot pressing, placing the fiber cloth into a mold, injecting the molten plastic or rubber rich in heat conduction particles into the cavity of the mold after the air exhaust is finished, cooling, opening the mold and taking out the product. The mold is provided with an air suction hole for sucking air out, and a heating system is arranged in the mold for heating the fiber cloth. USE - Manufacturing of heat-conducting composite fiber structure (claimed) for electronic products e.g. mobile phones. ADVANTAGE - The method improves mechanical strength of the plastic, improves the plastic heat dissipation effect and provides heat-conducting composite fiber structure with excellent fiber appearance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the heat-conducting composite fiber structure, which comprises fiber cloth. The fiber cloth is rich in an adhesive. The rubber layer or a plastic layer is hot-pressed on the fiber cloth, and heat-conductive particles are arranged in the rubber layer or the plastic layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of the structure of the heat-conducting composite fiber. 1Fiber cloth 3Film
