▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthesis of two-dimensional graphene and boron alkene/tellurene complex by electrochemical one-step method comprises using graphite electrode and the boron block/tellurium block electrode as the anode and the cathode, and placing in the electrolyte, and connecting power supply to the cathode and the anode to form an electrolytic cell structure, stirring, electrolyzing at a constant voltage of 5-20V for 30 minutes to 100 hours, washing and centrifuging to obtain a two-dimensional graphene and boronene/tellurene complex solution, or washing and drying to obtain a two-dimensional graphene and boronene/tellurene complex. USE - The method is useful for synthesis of two-dimensional graphene and boron alkene/tellurene complex by electrochemical one-step method, which is useful in hydrogen production, lithium super capacitor, high speed transistor and photoelectron device. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces the possibility of material contamination, improves the synthesis efficiency, and enhances the binding effect between two two-dimensional materials, improves the electrical properties of boronene/tellurene and provides a basis for fully displaying its inherent performance possible, is simple, economical, environmentally friendly, efficient and applicable for large-scale synthesis.
