NOVELTY - Orientation direction adjustable thermal interface material comprises rubber matrix comprising e.g. silicone rubber, acrylic rubber, polyurethane rubber, natural rubber and/or styrene butadiene rubber, two-dimensional sheet filler and 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene)-bis4-thiol-1,3,2-dioxybenzaldehyde USE - Used as orientation direction adjustable thermal interface material. ADVANTAGE - The orientation direction adjustable thermal interface material preparation method adopts high temperature mold pressing and extrusion casting thus successfully realizes the vertical orientation of the two-dimensional filler in the thermal interface material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing orientation direction adjustable thermal interface material, comprising (i) mixing the rubber matrix, the two-dimensional sheet filler, and 2,2'-(1,4-phenylene)-bis4-thiol-1,3,2-dioxylbenzaldehyde uniformly to obtain a premix; (ii) hot pressing or extrusion casting of the premix is prepared into a film-shaped material; (iii) stacking and welding the obtained film-like material to form a block; and (iv) cutting the block.
