NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/ferroferric oxide absorption meta-material, comprises e.g. placing graphene into a container, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring and transferring to ice water bath, adding potassium permanganate, reacting at a first temperature for first time under stirring condition, transferring to oil bath, reacting at a second temperature for second time, cooling, pouring into a beaker filled with ice, then stirring, and dropping hydrogen peroxide to obtain first product, centrifugal washing using water, then washing with anhydrous ethanol, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/ferroferric oxide absorption meta-material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, easy and environmentally friendly; and utilizes less chemical reagents. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/ferroferric oxide absorption meta-material, comprises placing graphene into a container, adding concentrated sulfuric acid, stirring and transferring to ice water bath, adding potassium permanganate, reacting at a first temperature for first time under stirring condition, transferring to oil bath, reacting at second temperature for second time, cooling reaction to room temperature, pouring into a beaker filled with ice, then stirring, and dropping hydrogen peroxide to obtain a first product, centrifugal washing the first product using water, then washing with anhydrous ethanol, and drying at a third temperature for third time to obtain graphene oxide, dissolving the graphene oxide in ethylene glycol, subjecting to ultrasonic dispersion, then adding ferric chloride solution, and reacting at fourth temperature for fourth time to obtain second product, suction filtering the second product and washing, and drying at a fifth temperature for fifth time to obtain graphene oxide/ferric oxide composite material, placing the graphene oxide/ferric oxide composite material under nitrogen gas atmosphere, calcining at sixth temperature for sixth time. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/ferroferric oxide absorption meta-material obtained by above method.
