▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A flexible pressure sensor preparing method involves weighing the raw materials of 80-99.99 wt.% polyether block amide and 0.01-20 wt.% graphene, adding polyether block amide and graphene into the mixing chamber of the torque rheometer, and mixing for 5-10 minutes at 140-180 degrees C and a speed of 60-80 rpm. The resulting mixed sample is preheated at 140-180 degrees C for 10-15 minutes on the template of the plate vulcanizer, after preheating, vulcanizing the sample at a pressure of 10-15 MPa for 4 minutes to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing flexible pressure sensor. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the flexible pressure sensor with better stability, sensitivity and sensing, better recoverability and reproducibility and better recognizability in the pressure sensor.
