▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing a metal oxide doped directionally arranged graphene lithium ion battery negative electrode material, involves (a) preparing a graphene oxide aqueous solution, and adding aqueous ammonia to obtain a dispersion (A), (b) preparing a tin salt aqueous solution with tin salt, stirring, and adding citric acid to obtain a dispersion (B), (c) mixing the dispersion (A) obtained in step (a) with the dispersion (B) obtained in step (b), and stirring at room temperature to obtain a mixed solution, (d) immersing the mixed solution obtained in step (c) in liquid nitrogen, freezing completely, and freeze-drying to obtain a black block material, and (e) placing the black block obtained in step (d) into a tube furnace and calcining in an inert atmosphere to obtain the product. USE - The method is used for preparing a metal oxide doped directionally arranged graphene lithium ion battery negative electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares metal oxide doped directionally arranged graphene lithium ion battery negative electrode material with excellent cycle stability and discharge capacity, where the capacity does not decrease.
