NOVELTY - Graphene/ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) super light foaming material comprises 100-110 pts. wt. EVA, 30-50 pts. wt. polyethylene, 10-15 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted vinyl compound, 10-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 2-3 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. color particle material, 5-15 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.5-3 pts. wt. crosslinker, and 1-5 pts. wt. graphene precursor. USE - Graphene/ethylene vinyl acetate super light foaming material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high strength, light weight and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the foaming material comprising: (A) preparing graphene precursor by adding 15-17 g water-soluble polymer, 5-7 g acid and 10-11 mL alcohol into 600-650 mL water, and stirring uniformly to obtain first mixed solution; adding 2.24-2.30 g graphene oxide to first mixed solution, uniformly stirring, and adjusting pH to 7-8 to obtain second mixture; drying second mixed solution to gel form to obtain 40-42 g gel material; and uniformly mixing gel material and rubber at mass ratio of 5-6:1, and thinning to 2-3 mm thickness to obtain graphene precursor; (B) mixing EVA, polyethylene, silane coupling agent, maleic anhydride grafted vinyl compound, stearic acid, zinc stearate, zinc oxide, color granules and graphene precursor, homogenizing, and mixing in internal mixer; (C) kneading and pressing into tablets with 2-3 mm thickness to obtain sheet material, and granulating to obtain first granulated material; and (D) masticating on open mill to obtain plasticized material, mixing foaming agent, crosslinking agent and plasticized material and granulating; and foaming and molding.
