▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Processing graphene coating of cutter comprises (i) taking graphene coating and diluent, and mixing in a mass ratio of 1:12-1:8 to obtain graphene solution, (ii) performing graphene coating of cutter with the resultant graphene solution on surface of the tool substrate by atomization spraying to obtain cutter with graphene coating, and (iii) cooling the resultant cutter with graphene coating to room temperature, drying at 140-160 degrees C, and cooling to obtain cutter with graphene coating. USE - The method is useful for processing graphene coating of cutter. ADVANTAGE - The method: reduces machining tool surface friction coefficient and loss of the tool in cutting production with high machining accuracy requirements; and prolongs service life.
