NOVELTY - A copper foil (10) comprises copper having purity of 99.95 %mass or more. USE - Copper foil is used for manufacturing graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel cell, transparent electrode, conductive thin film of display element, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, composite material, and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The copper foil economically provides graphene having high quality and sheet resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene, which involves supplying carbon-containing gas to chamber, arranging the heated copper foil in chamber, forming graphene (20) on the surface of copper foil, transferring graphene which etches the copper foil, laminating transfer sheet (30) on the surface of graphene and transferring the graphene on transfer sheet.
