NOVELTY - Graphene/nano silicon dioxide/epoxy resin complex material comprises (i) modifying the graphene with the diluent, mixing with the silane coupling agent, at normal temperature, stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain silane coupling agent modified by graphene, (ii) mixing modified silica sol with the diluent, mixing with the silane coupling agent, stirring and reacting at normal temperature for 4-6 hours, (iii) stirring and mixing with the epoxy resin and ultrasonicating. USE - Used as graphene/nano silicon dioxide/epoxy resin complex material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene/nano silicon dioxide/epoxy resin complex material comprises (i) modifying the graphene with the diluent, mixing with the silane coupling agent, at normal temperature, stirring and reacting for 2-4 hours to obtain silane coupling agent modified by graphene, (ii) mixing modified silica sol with the diluent, mixing with the silane coupling agent, stirring and reacting at normal temperature for 4-6 hours, (iii) stirring and mixing with the epoxy resin, ultrasonicating to obtain the graphene/nano silicon dioxide/epoxy resin mixed solution, (iv) cross linking curing preparing the graphene/nano silicon dioxide/epoxy resin mixed liquid, adding curing agent, cross-linking and curing.
