NOVELTY - Barrier plastic bottle, comprises polyethylene resin, polyacrylonitrile fiber, a blocking agent, bisphenol A and a phase solvent, where the blocking agent is prepared by dispersing graphene oxide in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran, adding an acetic acid aqueous solution under stirring, heating to reflux under the action of condensed water, dropwise adding the anhydrous tetrahydrofuran containing a grafting agent, continuing reflux reaction for 16-24 hours after the addition is finished, cooling, stopping reaction, performing suction filtration, washing the obtained solid deionized water and performing vacuum drying to obtain the product. USE - The barrier plastic bottle is useful for preventing the oxidation and erosion of product by external oxygen and water vapor. ADVANTAGE - The bottle: has excellent flame retardance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, barrier properties and prolonged the bending degree; and can improve the layered and lamellar structures with more overlapped crossed layer and sheet structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the barrier plastic bottle, comprising (1) performing pre-oxidation treatment on polyacrylonitrile fibers to obtain oxidized polyacrylonitrile fibers, and (2) subjecting the oxidized polyacrylonitrile fiber and remaining materials to melt extrusion, granulation and molding by double-screw extruder to obtain the final product.
