▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Manufacture of carbon fibers involves (a) mixing a polycyclic aromatic compound residue composition containing a polycyclic aromatic compound and a carbon-based composition containing a one or two-dimensional carbon-based material to obtain a blend dispersion in which the residue composition and carbon-based composition are intercalated, (b) preparing a pitch by applying electromagnetic waves to the blend dispersion, (c) melt-spinning the pitch to obtain a spun fiber, and (d) carbonizing the spun fiber to obtain the carbon fiber. USE - Manufacture of carbon fibers used for textile applications. ADVANTAGE - The method provides liquid crystal composite carbon fiber with isotropy and anisotropy and having excellent alignment, mechanical, optical property and electrical property than the carbon fiber manufactured with the isotropic pitch. The pitch has high softening point, strength and excellent oxidation stability and oxidation incompatibility.
