▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene-reinforced polyurethane sponge involves adding dopamine to the uniformly dispersed graphene oxide aqueous solution at room temperature for 2 hours and centrifuging to obtain solid reaction product. The obtained solid reaction product is washed twice with de-ionized water and ethanol. The obtained product is dissolved in 1-1.5mg/mL alcohol solvent. The 10-15ml low surface containing amino group or mercapto reactant is added to the obtained product. USE - Method for preparing modified graphene-reinforced polyurethane sponge for oil-water separation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare modified graphene-reinforced polyurethane sponge in simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner, absorbs quickly oil on the water, underwater and organic solvent, realizes high-efficiency water oil separation and circulation utilization by pressing method of de-oiled, has strong operability and good re-usability that removes water body pollutant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing modified graphene-reinforced polyurethane sponge involves adding dopamine to the uniformly dispersed graphene oxide aqueous solution at room temperature for 2 hours and centrifuging to obtain solid reaction product. The obtained solid reaction product is washed twice with de-ionized water and ethanol. The obtained product is dissolved in 1-1.5mg/mL alcohol solvent. The 10-15ml low surface containing amino group or mercapto reactant is added to the obtained product. The obtained product is allowed to stand at room temperature for 24 hours and carried out graphene surface grafting, where polyvinylpyrrolidone on surface of graphene. The obtained product is centrifuged followed by drying to obtain modified graphene powder. The 1-10mg modified graphene powder is dissolved in 5ml alcohol solvent to prepare solution with different concentrations. The 10mg polyurethane sponge is immersed to the solution and subjected to ultrasonic vibrating at power of 400 Watt with frequency of 40 kiloHertz for 2 hours and dried at 50 degrees C to obtain modified graphene-reinforced polyurethane sponge.
