▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of seaweed fiber antibacterial and anti-mite fabric comprises 10-20 wt.% mixing seaweed fiber, 30-45 wt.% viscose, and 30-45 wt.% orlon, blowing, carding, drawing, roving, spinning, automatic winding, and packing; weaving 25-35 blended seaweed color yarn and spandex at relative humidity of 60-65%; pre-molding at 160 degrees C, adding a small amount of refining penetrating agent into a dyeing cylinder, water washing at 60 degrees C for 20 minutes, removing oil stain, dehydrating, and shaping at 150 degrees C; and naturally retracting material cloth and standing for 24 hours. USE - The method is used for preparing seaweed fiber antibacterial and anti-mite fabric for preparing underwear, bed and socks (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fabric integrates antibacterial, anti-mold, anti-mite, improves wearing comfort and durability, achieves moisture absorption and breathability, and a soft feel. It solves the limitation of the color selection of the sample cloth, does not need to be dyed and boiled at high temperature, and improves the tenacity and strength of the seaweed yarn. The color fastness and strength are better than the finished yarn after dyeing. The feasibility of mass production is high, and the difficulty and cost of dyeing factory work are reduced.
