▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The conductive paste comprises adhesive, defoaming agent and conductive agent. The adhesive comprises a combination of a water-soluble sodium polyacrylate solution and a modified polyethylene emulsion. USE - The conductive paste is used for preparing a super capacitor electrode sheet. The super capacitor is used in energy vehicles, industrial automation, rail transit traffic and power electronic field. ADVANTAGE - The conductive coating and electrode sheet are simple and easy to operate, low cost and high environment-friendly series, and have strong bonding, high flexibility, low internal resistance and excellent electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing the conductive paste comprising mixing the water-soluble sodium polyacrylate solution, conductive agent, defoaming agent and modified polyethylene emulsion, adding ammonia water to adjust the pH to form a crude slurry, and then performing high pressure homogenization and dispersion treatment to the crude slurry to obtain conductive slurry; (2) an electrode sheet comprising a current collector and an electrode material, where the current collector comprises a metal foil and a conductive coating, the conductive coating is prepared by the conductive paste, and surface density of the conductive coating is 0.3 -1.0 g/m2; and (3) a super capacitor comprising the electrode sheet, an electrolyte and a diaphragm, where surface density of the electrode sheet is 50-130 g/m2.
