NOVELTY - The preparation method of triangular graphene involves cleaning copper metal surface, then placing in tubular furnace and extracting, heating in hydrogen atmosphere, calcining, passing carbon source gas through tubular furnace, depositing graphene on metal material and calcining, closing carbon source gas supply, and cooling, closing hydrogen gas supply, and cooling to room temperature in inert gas. USE - The method is useful for preparing triangular graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and environmentally-friendly preparation of triangular graphene with excellent stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of triangular graphene involves cleaning copper metal surface, then placing in tubular furnace and extracting at certain vacuum degree, heating in hydrogen atmosphere at 900-1100 degrees C, calcining for 0.5-1.5 hours, passing carbon source gas through tubular furnace, where the volume ratio of hydrogen and carbon source gas is 5:4-5:6, holding a pressure of 5 Torr, depositing graphene on metal material and calcining, closing carbon source gas supply, and cooling to 800-900 degrees C, closing hydrogen gas supply, and cooling to room temperature in inert gas atmosphere, where the volume ratio of hydrogen gas and inert gas is 1:8-1:12.
