▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene nano-sheet porous photo-thermal conversion material comprises (a) adding graphite powder in the high molecular monomer and dispersing, adding initiator and cross-linking agent to obtain the dipping liquid, (b) soaking the hydrophilic porous material in water, soaking in the dipping liquid to obtain the processed hydrophilic porous material and (c) performing monomer polymerization to the treated hydrophilic porous material to obtain the graphene nano-sheet photo-thermal conversion material, preferably the dispersion is ultrasonic; the immersion liquid in the step of front and back are provided with the hydrophilic porous material hole in the absorption of the discharge liquid and the monomer polymerization is thermal initiation or light initiation. USE - The material is useful in photo-thermal conversion, preferably at least one of seawater desalination, fast water evaporation, industrial domestic sewage treatment, solvent fast evaporation and heavy metal enrichment and recovery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material: uses the pore structure of the porous material and the light absorption and heat transfer properties of the graphene nanosheets to convert sunlight into heat; realizes the rapid evaporation of a small amount of water or organic solvents locally and improves the overall evaporation efficiency. The method: uses the low price raw materials and have simple operation, large-scale, recyclable reuse, and good recycling stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene nano-sheet porous photo-thermal conversion material prepared by the above preparation method.
