NOVELTY - The generator has a graphite thin film (2) covered on an electro-optic phase modulation type waveguide unit (1) and connected with two graphene thin film electrodes. Direction of an electric field is determined in a surface of the electro-optic phase modulation type waveguide unit. A represent modulation voltage initial phase value of a direct current (DC) component is calculated. The thin film is fixed with an amplitude modulation electric field unit. The electro-optic phase modulation type waveguide unit is located on an incident optical field phase modulation voltage function plane. USE - Graphene utilizing tunable phase-shifted fiber grating optical load microwave generator. ADVANTAGE - The generator can automatically and effectively adjust current optical carrier center frequency, and utilizes a frequency spectrum resource.
