NOVELTY - Preparing high-quality graphene by oxidation-reduction reaction involves utilizing graphite powder as raw material and decomposing graphite powder and solid state intercalating agent into gas by heating. The mixture is stirred to obtain pre-mixed mixture. The pre-mixed mixture is milled in ball-milling tank. The ratio of graphite powder and intercalating agent is 1:1-1:40. The milled mixture is stirred at a speed of 80-120 revolutions per minute for 0.25-2 hours. The graphite powder is ground by ball milling. The obtained black solid mixture is placed in microwave apparatus. USE - Method for preparing high-quality graphene by oxidation-reduction reaction (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare high-quality graphene by oxidation-reduction reaction in simple, eco-friendly, efficient and cost-effective manner that has wide range of applications.
