NOVELTY - Sisal fiber nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene-like carbon material comprises black solid powder, and carbon nano sheet with thickness of 2-6 nm. USE - Sisal fiber nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene-like carbon material used in microelectronic devices, sensors, and energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The material has simple operation, low cost, and stable physical and chemical properties. It can realize mass production and flaky structure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of sisal fiber nitrogen and sulfur co-doped graphene-like carbon material comprising: (A) washing sisal fiber with tap water to remove surface impurities, washing 2 times by de-ionized water, putting to thermostatically-air oven, and drying for 4 hours at 80 degrees C; (B) cutting sisal fiber with scissors into 20-30 mm of small section, weighing 3-5 g PTFE into 100 ml hydrothermal reaction kettle, adding 70 ml of 1.5-2.5 mol/l strong alkali solution, screwing steel shell, heating at constant temperature for 14 hours at 160 degrees C, cooling, pouring in container of brown liquid, taking out solid matter, washing solid matter to neutral by deionized water, putting in constant temperature air blow-drying box, drying for 12 hours at 60 degrees C, and drying to get white flocculent precursor; (C) weighing 4.5 to 7.5 g solid strong alkali into 300 ml beaker, adding 150 ml de-ionized water, dissolving solid strong alkali, drying white flocculent, adding 3 g precursor, heating, stirring for 15 minutes at 150 degrees C, putting in constant temperature air blow-drying box at 80 degrees C to dry, evaporating water, and obtaining adsorption dried white flocculent precursor with strong alkali; (D) drying white flocculent precursor adsorption with strong alkali in alumina crucible, putting in tube-type atmosphere furnace under protection of nitrogen with flow speed of 40 to 50 ml/minute, raising temperature to 400-500 degrees C, keeping temperature for 3 hours at heating rate of 2-3 degrees C/min, raising temperature to 800-850 degrees C for 1 hour at heating rate of 2-3 degrees C/minute, taking out, cooling, grinding, pulverizing agate mortar, washing with 3 mol/l hydrochloric acid, washing to neutralize by deionized water, putting in constant temperature air blow-drying box, drying at 60 degrees C, and obtaining sisal fiber based graphene-like carbon material; (E) preparing 50 ml of 25 mg/mL thiourea solution in beaker; (F) adding 0.05-0.2 g sisal fiber based graphene-like carbon material, heating, stirring for 15 minutes with magnetic stirrer, putting in constant temperature air blow-drying box, drying at 80 degrees C, and evaporating water to obtain adsorption drying with thiourea of sisal fiber based graphene-like carbon material; and (G) putting dried adsorbent with thiourea of sisal fiber based graphene-like carbon material into alumina crucible under protection of nitrogen with flow speed of 40-50 ml/minute, raising temperature to 800-900 degrees C with heating rate of 2-3 degrees C/minute for 3 hours, cooling, and taking out. The strong alkali is potassium hydroxide, sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, barium hydroxide or magnesium hydroxide.
