▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Anti-seawater corrosive surface protective coating comprises 70-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-12 pts. wt. nano kaoline, 6-18 pts. wt. nano aluminum oxide, 18-22 pts. wt. modified graphene oxide, 4-9 pts. wt. emulsifier, 2-4 pts. wt. thickening agent, and 28-42 pts. wt. de-ionized water. USE - Anti-seawater corrosive surface protective coating. ADVANTAGE - The anti-seawater corrosive surface protective coating is simple and cost effective, and improves anti-corrosion performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anti-seawater corrosive surface protective coatin, which involves: (A) weighing each raw material; (B) adding nano-kaolin, nano-alumina and modified graphene oxide, adding water to bath, and adding distilled water, heating at 40-75 degrees C, preserving heat for 60 minutes, ultrasonic agitating and drying in vacuum to obtain block-shaped mixture A, grinding to obtain blocky mixture A mixture A powder; (C) weighing modified epoxy resin, adding in reaction kettle, adding mixture powder A and emulsifying agent, stirring and heating for 45-70 minutes, controlling temperature at 40-55 degrees C, adding de-ionized water; (D) keeping temperature at 55-70 degrees C, emulsifying for 60-120 minutes to obtain emulsified and modified coating; and (E) raising temperature to 55-75 degrees C and stirring for 60-120 minutes, stirring, adding thickening agent andcuring agent, ultrasonically dispersing and stirring to obtain surface protective coating of anti-sea water corrosion.
