NOVELTY - A cobalt sulfide/graphene nano composite material preparing method involves dispersing graphene oxide in water, adding sulfuric acid into solution, and dispersing to obtain mixed liquid. The mixed solution is transferred into a reaction kettle. The cobalt salt, sulfur source and urea are dissolved in water and organic solvent. The three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide is immersed in solution. The mixed solution and the three-dimensional columnar reductive graphene oxide are transferred into a hydrothermal reaction kettle. The product is washed and dried to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing a cobalt sulfide/graphene nano composite material that is utilized as a cathode of a lithium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the cobalt sulfide/graphene nano composite material with better appearance, better unique properties, high specific surface area and better effect of improving battery performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A cobalt sulfide/graphene nano composite material preparing method involves ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide solution, adding sulfuric acid into the solution, and oxidized graphite is dispersed in water to obtain graphene oxide solution by ultrasonically and uniformly dispersing. The mixed solution is transferred to a reaction kettle at 160-260 degrees C for 18-30 hours, preferably reacted at 190-220 degrees C for 20-24 hours, followed by removing and washing to obtain three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide. The cobalt salt, sulfur source and urea are dissolved in water and organic solvent to obtain mixed solution. The three-dimensional columnar reduced graphene oxide is immersed in the solution at 3-60 degrees C for 1 day or 10-30 degrees C for 1-2 days. The mixed solution and the three-dimensional columnar reductive graphene oxide are transferred to a hydrothermal reaction kettle and reacted at 160-240 degrees C for 16-30 hours, preferably reacted at 180-210 degrees C for 19-24 hours to obtain product. The product is washed and dried to obtain a cobalt sulfide/graphene nano composite.
