NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-boron modified phenolic resin is prepared by adding concentrated sulfuric acid into 3-neck round bottom flasks, putting into ice bath, adding graphite, sodium nitrate, and solid potassium permanganate, maintaining ice bath temperature at less than or equal to 5 degrees C, adding deionized water, reacting at 32-38 degrees C, placing at room temperature, using warm water to dilute, adding hydrogen peroxide, reducing high valence manganese ion until solution is light yellow, centrifugal washing until solution is neutral, and detecting barium salt in supernatant without sulfate ion. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide-boron modified phenolic resin (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene oxide-boron modified phenolic resin has maintained structure and performance, excellent thermal stability and mechanical property, and increased heat resistance, bending strength, and tensile strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide-boron modified phenolic resin is prepared by adding concentrated sulfuric acid into 3-neck round bottom flasks, putting into ice bath, adding graphite, sodium nitrate, and solid potassium permanganate, maintaining ice bath temperature at less than or equal to 5 degrees C, adding deionized water, reacting at 32-38 degrees C, setting at room temperature, using warm water to dilute, adding hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), reducing high valence manganese ion until solution is light yellow, centrifugal washing until solution is neutral, detecting barium salt in supernatant without sulfate ion (SO4-2), washing with anhydrous ethanol, drying to obtain graphene oxide, adding phenol and formaldehyde into 3-neck round bottom flasks with stirrer, thermometer, and condensing tube, adding graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing, adding sodium hydroxide flakes, heating, refluxing, decompressing, dehydrating to obtain oxidized graphite phenolic resin emulsion, adding boric acid, heating, refluxing, pouring out atrovirens dope, cooling at room temperature, and vacuum drying.
