NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene-containing printing clothing material involves mixing poly epsilon -caprolactone and polylactic acid, low-temperature crushing, sieving, adding azobisisobutyric acid (ethylene glycol) acrylate, magnesium oxide, ACR modifier, aerosol generating agent, graphene, trimethylolpropane tris (3-aziridine-propionate), acrylic compatibilizer and 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol, stirring, adding trimethoxypropylsilane, di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, polymerized aluminum chloride and ester quaternary ammonium salt softening agent, and heating. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene-containing printing clothing material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is environment-friendly, has good moisture absorption and moisture dissipation performance, and low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene-containing printing clothing material comprises: (A) mixing poly epsilon -caprolactone and polylactic acid, preliminarily crushing, low-temperature crushing with nitrogen or dry ice at - 90 to - 110 degrees C for 1.5-2.5 hours, sieving to 400-600 mesh, adding azobisisobutyric acid (ethylene glycol) acrylate, magnesium oxide, ACR modifier, aerosol generating agent, graphene, trimethylolpropane tris (3-aziridine-propionate), acrylic compatibilizer and 2,6-tert-butyl-4-methyl phenol and stirring at 116-125 degrees C at rotating speed of 300-400 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 2.5-3.5 hours to obtain material A; (B) adding trimethoxypropylsilane, di (2-ethylhexyl) ester, chlorosulfonated polyethylene, polymerized aluminum chloride and ester quaternary ammonium salt softening agent to material A, mixing, heating to 152-168 degrees C and stirring for 1-1.5 hours at rotating speed of 400-500 rpm to obtain material B; (C) adding styrene, rare earth stabilizer, boric acid and flame retardant to material B, cooling to 120-125 degrees C and stirring at rotating speed of 200-300 rpm for 0.6-0.9 hour to obtain material C; and (D) adding material C to planetary screw extruder, extruding and granulating, water cooling and coiling.
