NOVELTY - A nitrogen-doped graphene oxide material comprises graphene oxide in which at least one portion of carbon atom is replaced by nitrogen atom. USE - Nitrogen-doped graphene oxide material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-quality nitrogen-doped graphene oxide material is rapidly and economically prepared under mild reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene oxide material, which involves initially pre-expanding graphite powder, then doping nitrogen to the pre-expanded graphite powder to obtain nitrogen-doped graphite powder, performing oxidation-stripping method to obtain nitrogen-doped graphite oxide and ultrasonically-dispersing.
