▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous battery lightweight high-conductivity graphene current collector preparing method involves mixing graphite with a concentrated sulfuric acid solution, stirring uniformly and performing pre-oxidation treatment to form a mixture. A hydrogen peroxide solution and a foaming agent are sequentially added to the mixture, stirred uniformly and allowed to stand to obtain a graphene powder. The graphene powder is subjected to a rolling treatment to obtain the lightweight high-conductivity graphene current collector for the water-based battery. USE - Method for preparing a lightweight high-conductivity graphene current collector for an aqueous battery. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing lightweight high-conductivity graphene current collector in a simple manner at low-cost for macroscopically preparing lightweight and highly conductive flexible graphene paper, ensuring that the whole process only needs a simple physical mixing and dry pressing process, there is no need to involve any complicated processing such as high temperature or heating and no need to use any complicated equipment, has a reduced acid amount compared to the conventional graphene preparation method, so the method is a simple and efficient green preparation scheme, which is advantageous for the industrial production of the graphene current collector.
