▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing multi-dimensional carbon material composite reinforced copper-based material comprises (1) mixing carbon precursor with concentrated acid, heating, stirring and refluxing, (2) titrating reflux product into neutrality by alkaline substance, (3) dialyzing neutralized dispersion liquid for 4-6 day in ultra-pure water, (4) after dialysis of the dispersion rotary evaporation, freezing and drying to obtain carbon nano tube-graphene-graphene quantum dot powder, (5) ball milling and reducing copper powder and the product powder to obtain carbon nano tube-graphene-graphene quantum dot-copper composite powder, and (6) sintering composite powder to obtain composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing multi-dimensional carbon material composite reinforced copper-based material. ADVANTAGE - The method: is easy for industrial preparation; and has simple operation. The material: is uniformly distributed; has controlled relative proportion of three-dimensional reinforcement, and good effect of multi-dimensional enhancement.
