▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-high elastic polyimide fiber/graphene composite gas gel comprises dispersing polyimide chopped fiber in 0.8-1.2 mol/l alkali solution, processing for 2 hours at 40℃, performing surface modification, then filtering, using deionized water washing to neutral and drying; (ii) mixing 4-7 mg/ml graphene solution dispersion liquid with polyimide chopped fiber, and adding sodium ascorbate, ultrasonically dispersing for 2 hours, then placing into a hydrothermal kettle, reacting for 12 hours under the environment of 90-180℃, placing the obtained product into alcohol aqueous solution and dialyzing for 10 hours, freezing and drying; and (iii) placing the aerogel in the step (ii) in a tubular furnace, under the protection of argon gas, heating to 500℃, preserving heat, obtaining the polyimide chopped fiber/graphene aerogel with a cross-linked polyimide chopped fiber as a skeleton. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-high elastic polyimide fiber/graphene composite gas gel. ADVANTAGE - The method: ensures hydrothermal reduction, high temperature crosslinking, and enhances the elasticity and mechanical strength of the gas gel.
