NOVELTY - A medical graphene enhanced titanium alloy bar has titanium alloy bar component, intermediate layer graphene film and external cladding coating. The titanium alloy bar component comprises zirconium, iron, chromium, gallium, tin, hafnium, tantalum, aluminum, vanadium, boron, cerium and titanium. The external cladding coating comprises titanium oxide, metallic silver, wollastonite, silver oxide and titanium diboride. USE - Medical graphene enhanced titanium alloy bar (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The medical graphene enhanced titanium alloy bar has excellent quality and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A medical graphene enhanced titanium alloy bar has titanium alloy bar component, intermediate layer graphene film and external cladding coating. The titanium alloy bar component comprises 7-10 wt.% zirconium, 16-18 wt.% iron, 1.5-2.5 wt.% chromium, 0.5-0.8 wt.% gallium, 0.5-0.9 wt.% tin, 0.25-0.75 wt.% hafnium, 0.002-0.007-2 wt.% tantalum, 1-2 wt.% aluminum, 1-2 wt.% vanadium, 0.25-0.45 wt.% boron, 0.12-0.18 wt.% cerium and balance amount of titanium. The external cladding coating comprises 60-80 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 0.1-1 pt. wt. metallic silver, 15-20 pts. wt. wollastonite, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. silver oxide and 2-4 pts. wt. titanium diboride.
