▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing polymer coating by inhibiting Rayleigh instability involves (i) dissolving polymer and polymer surfactant in oil phase, and dispersing end-grouped nanoparticles in aqueous phase, and interacting the end-grouped nanoparticles electrostatically with the polymer surfactant, (ii) soaking substrate in the oil phase to form a liquid film with polymer and polymer surfactant on the surface of the substrate, and (iii) soaking the substrate in the aqueous phase, and forming uniform polymer coating on the surface of the substrate by suppressing the Rayleigh instability of the liquid film due to the interface electrostatic interaction between the end-grouped nanoparticles and the polymer surfactant. USE - Method useful for preparing polymer coating by inhibiting Rayleigh instability (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problems that the surface of the substrate is not uniformly coated due to Rayleigh instability, reduces the additive manufacturing in the solution processing process, is limited to the problems of small preparation scale, complex method and harsh condition, improves the utilization efficiency of the material, which is prepared on a large scale, and has a large application prospect in the technical field of coating preparation.
