▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A brake pad friction material comprises metal matrix powder and 6-20 pts. wt., preferably 8-11 pts. wt. graphene/molybdenum sulfide nanocomposite attached to graphene nanosheets. USE - Brake pad friction material for forming brake sheet (claimed) for high-speed trains. ADVANTAGE - The friction material maintains high strength when braking under high load, has excellent high-speed braking performance, and reduces the blocking effect of non-metallic materials in the metal matrix powder while ensuring high temperature lubrication performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the brake pad friction material, which involves using metal matrix powder, graphene/molybdenum sulfide nanocomposite material, optionally nickel powder and optionally mullite, adding liquid binder, stirring, cold compression molding, and sintering; and (2) brake sheet, which comprises the friction material and metal fittings.
