NOVELTY - Wear-resistant coating comprises surface material and bottom layer material comprising 0.1-10 wt.% modified graphene having thickness of 5-30 microm and polyimide composite material, and surface material comprises 0.1-5 wt.% modified graphene, 0.1-10 wt.% modified nano-polytetrafluoroethylene, fluorine-containing polyimide composite material, the thickness of the modified graphene and modified nano polytetrafluoroethylene is 5-30 microm, and total thickness of bottom layer material and surface layer material is 5-50 microm. USE - The wear-resistant coating is used as wear-resistant coating of foil dynamic pressure air bearing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can solve the problem of bearing failure caused by high-speed friction of the air-powered pressure bearing in the take-off stage, stopping stage, and the service life is limited. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the coating, comprising mixing modified graphene, dianhydride monomer, diamine monomer and solvent, carrying out condensation polymerization to obtain the modified graphene-polyamic acid, the modified graphene, modified nano polytetrafluoroethylene, fluorine-containing dianhydride monomer, diamine monomer and solvent, or the modified graphene, modified nano polytetrafluoroethylene, dianhydride monomer, fluorine-containing diamine monomer and solvent according to proper proportion, carrying out condensation polymerization to obtain modified graphene-modified nano-polytetrafluoroethylene-fluorine-containing polyamic acid, coating the modified graphene-polyamic acid on the top foil surface of the dynamic pressure air bearing, then coating the modified graphene-modified nano polytetrafluoroethylene-containing fluorine polyamic acid, and carrying out imidization reaction to obtain the composite wear-resistant coating.
