NOVELTY - An inorganic nanoparticle/graphene three-dimensional porous composite material is prepared by loading polystyrene microsphere template with inorganic nanoparticle, uniformly mixing with graphene oxide solution to remove solvent, heat treating to remove polystyrene microsphere template, heat reducing, and retaining inorganic nanoparticle. USE - Method for preparing inorganic nanoparticle/graphene three-dimensional porous composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material is suitable as lithium power cathode, has high theory ratio content of inorganic nanoparticle for high energy density, supplies high density power, increases circulation stability, and regulates and controls porous structure.
