▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene-based conductive ink comprises 1-15 wt.% aqueous-based resin, 30-90 wt.% graphene-based composite slurry, 0.5-3 wt.% additive and 5-10 wt.% solvent. The graphene-based composite slurry comprises graphene microchips, carbon nanotubes, nano-scale superconducting carbon black, thinner and second additive, where the graphene microchips, carbon nanotubes, nano-scale superconducting carbon black is (3-10):(0.5-5):(0.1-4). USE - An aqueous graphene-based conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink has stable performance, high efficiency, and extremely low resistance value, can replace existing solvent-based ink products on the market and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing aqueous graphene-based conductive ink involving (i) mixing graphene microchips, nano-scale superconducting carbon black, thinner and second additive, stirring at 200-500 rpm for 5-10 minutes, and uniformly dispersing at 3000-4000 rpm for 30-40 minutes to obtain premixed solution, (ii) mixing the premixed liquid with carbon nanotubes, dispersing at 300-500 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain graphene-based composite slurry and (iii) mixing the graphene-based composite slurry with aqueous-based resin, solvent, and first additive and dispersing at 300-500 rpm for 10-20 minutes.
