NOVELTY - A 160C strength-grade ultra-high-strength high-performance fiber concrete comprises 485 pts. wt. cement, 82 pts. wt. water, 1000 pts. wt. gravel, 750 pts. wt. fine aggregate, 70 pts. wt. fly ash, 73 pts. wt. rice husk ash, 102 pts. wt. silica fume, 14 pts. wt. water reducer, 9.5 pts. wt. activator, 1.6 pts. wt. cellulose fibers, 40 pts. wt. hydroxyl-modified carbon nanotube dispersion, 37 pts. wt. graphene oxide dispersion liquid and 2.6 pts. wt. antifoaming agent. USE - Strength-grade ultra-high-strength high-performance fiber concrete (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The product containing the strength-grade ultra-high-strength high-performance fiber concrete has excellent toughness and durability, compressive strength of 167.74 MPa, bending strength of 35.21 MPa, splitting tensile strength of 14.59 MPa, bonding strength between steel components of 7.54 MPa and resistance to chloride ion permeability of VI grade. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of 160C strength-grade ultra-high-strength high-performance fiber concrete, which involves dissolving 9.5 parts mass activator and 2.6 parts mass defoamer to 25 %mass water, to obtain aqueous solution (as1), adding 14 parts mass water reducer, 40 parts mass hydroxy-modified carbon nanotube dispersion and 37 parts mass graphene oxide dispersion to aqueous solution of 50% of water to obtain aqueous solution (as2), adding weighed 750 parts mass river sand and quartz sand in weight ratio of 8:2, 1000 parts mass gravel and 1.6 parts mass cellulose fibers to mixer, stirring mixture for 2-3 minutes, adding 485 parts mass cement, 70 parts mass fly ash, 73 parts mass rice husk ash and 102 parts mass silica fume, adding aqueous solution (as1) to mixer, stirring mixture for 2-3 minutes, adding aqueous solution (as2) to mixer, stirring mixture for 3-4 minutes, observing liquidity of mixture, adding remaining 25% of amount of water, stirring mixture for 3-5 minutes, molding and curing mixture.
