▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing rGO/PU conductive sponge comprises (1) dispersing graphene oxide in water, fully mixing with PU sponge, and adding ascorbic acid to form a mixed solution; (2) heating mixed solution to react, gradually agglomerating graphene oxide on PU during the reaction, when the color of the solution turns from yellowish brown to clear to colorless, taking out the reactant; (3) cooling the reactants and freezing to form a stable conductive network; and (4) after the reactant reaches room temperature, performing heating reaction until the graphene oxide is completely reduced to form a more stable conductive network of reduced graphene oxide; drying, obtaining the rGO/PU conductive sponge. USE - The conductive sponge is useful for flexible pressure sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The conductive sponge: has improved conductivity, cycling stability and sensitivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: rGO/PU conductive sponge, is made of reduced graphene oxide flakes with three-dimensional structure of PU sponge as growth skeleton, and is stacked and attached on and inside the PU sponge skeleton to form conductive loop. Use process of rGO/PU conductive sponge, during process of applying pressure to rGO/PU conductive sponge, when first pressure was applied, deforming rGO/PU conductive sponge, so that the reduced graphene oxide sheets inside rGO/PU conductive sponge are in contact with each other, increasing conductive loop, increasing conductivity, and increasing sensitivity; when the second pressure is applied, gradually slowing down change of deformation amount of rGO/PU conductive sponge due to reduction of voids inside the sponge, conductive path also gradually reaches saturation, and sensitivity gradually decreases; first pressure is 0-5 kPa, and second pressure is 5-10 kPa.
