▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Nano medicine comprises paclitaxel and nano drug carrier, where the nano drug carrier is amino polyalkylene glycol monomethyl ether modified graphene oxide and is connected to the surface of the graphene oxide via an amide bond, and the paclitaxel is bounded to the surface of the nano drug carrier by non-covalent bond. USE - The nano medicine is useful in killing tumor cell. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, feasible and economical. The medicine has good water solubility, stability and biocompatibility, less side effect and safety. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing nano medicine comprising (i) taking graphene oxide and carrying out carboxy process to obtain an aqueous solution of carboxylated graphene oxide, adding condensing agent, catalyst to the aqueous solution, carrying out ultrasonic dispersing, then adding amino polyalkylene glycol monomethyl ether, carrying out amidation reaction at room temperature with stirring for 8-24 hours to obtain first reaction solution, centrifuging, washing to collect supernatant containing amino polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether modified graphene oxide; and (ii) dissolving paclitaxel in an organic solvent, then adding the resultant solution into the step (i) solution, mixing, stirring at room temperature for 1-3 hours to obtain second reaction solution, centrifuging to remove excess of the second solution and solvent to obtain desired product.
