▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A biliary cobalt zinc aluminum layered double hydroxides/reduced graphene oxide/graphitic carbon nitride urchin-like Z-type heterojunction structure comprises cobalt zinc aluminum layered double hydroxide nanosheets, reduced graphene oxide and graphitic carbon nitride. The reduced graphene oxide is used as an electron conduction medium between semiconductor interfaces. The cobalt zinc aluminum layered double hydroxide nanosheets are self-assembled to form urchin-like hollow structure. The content of graphitic carbon nitride is 3-7 wt.%. The mass ratio of graphitic carbon nitride to reduced graphene oxide is 4:1-6:1. USE - Biliary cobalt zinc aluminum layered double hydroxides/reduced graphene oxide/graphitic carbon nitride urchin-like Z-type heterojunction structure used for photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction and photocatalytic degrading organic pollutant (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heterojunction structure has high specific surface area, photon utilization rate, and photogenerated electron hole separation efficiency and can be applied to catalysis and energy transformation fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the heterojunction structure comprising dispersing graphene oxide and graphitic carbon nitride in water and sonicating for 0.5-1 hour; dissolving aluminum nitrate, cobalt nitrate, and zinc nitrate in water, adding urea, stirring, and dissolving; and adding suspension, vigorous stirring at room temperature for 0.5-1 hour, hydrothermal reacting at 180 plus minus 10 degrees C for 6-8 hours, naturally cooling to room temperature, centrifugally separating, washing, and vacuum drying.
