▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The mechanism has a cutting machine body whose two sides are respectively provided with a cutting groove cavity and a driving cavity. An inner side of the driving cavity is provided with a motor (4) through a bracket (5). An output shaft of the motor is fixed with a base shaft (6). An end of the base shaft passes through inner walls of an inner side of the driving cavity and extends into the cutting groove cavity. The base shaft is movably connected with an inner wall of the driving cavity. An end of the base shaft located in the cutting groove cavity is connected with a driving roller (7), and a base plate (8). A surface of the base plate is arranged on a surface of a worm (9). USE - Solid slicing mechanism for a spiral extruder for producing high molecular material e.g. polymer material and macromolecule material, in a machine cylinder. ADVANTAGE - The mechanism can realize wiping of a cotton cloth through a cylinder of a thread profile surface so as to reduce amount of water, avoid problem of large humidity of particles after slicing, and improve production quality. The mechanism is convenient to change and maintain wiping by setting an elastic belt, and can ensure wiping of the cotton cloth close to a thread like proximate matter. The mechanism utilizes a graphene electric heating film fixed at an inner part of the cotton cloth, so that the graphene electric heating film is electrified to improve temperature of the wiping. The mechanism can drive a movable block to move along a vertical guide groove by rotating an adjusting screw rod to adjust height of an un-powered roller.
